HVAC Tune-Ups in Chicagoland
Two visits a year: heating in the fall, cooling in the spring. That's the whole programme, and it prevents most of what we get called out for.
What HVAC tune-up actually involves
Our tune-up produces numbers, not just a checkmark. Temperature rise, static pressure, amp draw, capacitor microfarads, refrigerant charge, temperature split, gas pressure, combustion safety. Those readings get compared against manufacturer spec, and drift tells you what's about to fail. You get the readings, so next year's technician — ours or anyone's — has a baseline.

HVAC Tune-Up FAQs
Heating in the fall, cooling in the spring — twice a year for a system that does both. Most manufacturer warranties require documented annual service at minimum.
It shifts spending from emergency repairs to planned ones, keeps efficiency from drifting, and preserves warranty coverage. The largest saving is usually the failure that doesn't happen at 11 p.m. on a holiday weekend.
